It was a great experience by getting help from them. The people she sent were really friendly and the way they cleaned my house was spectacular, I really didn’t need to clean it for the next week, I found them so reliable that even if I am not home I leave my home open and everything I leave I find in place. I have used Tidy Up on a number of occasions.
The first was January 2016 Danielle and her staff helped me after my husband passed. They came in after I had moved out and cleaned the whole house. They did an amazing job, so when I handed the keys back to the landlord they liked the fact that Tidy Up Inc out performed any other companies he has used in the past.
Danielle herself and one of her staff went into the next house I had rented to clean it as it was very dirty and Danielle know what I was going through, she made the move easy as all I had to do was move in and start unpacking. A few months later I had Tidy Up come into my condo after new flooring was installed, the dust was everywhere. All walls need to be wiped down, door frames, windows. They had done such good job that you could not tell it was ever dusty. I found that they take great pride in their job.
I have told anyone looking for the best cleaning company to call Danielle at Tidy Up Inc.
I also like the fact that one of the times was a short notice and Danielle came through for me. They are very reliable and the customer service is one of the best I have seen. The company only hires people who will treat your home like it was theirs, should there be anything that you have questions about they answer in a timely fashion.
It takes special people with great training to do a job like this.

Upon joining the Property Brothers: Buying & Selling team I was introduced to Danielle and her amazing team. Her and her team came in right on time to help get our first new homeowners newly renovated space in tip-top shape for camera. They cleaned every nook and cranny, as well as every flat and vertical surface. In the film industry everything happens very fast and sometimes changes happen on the fly. Tidy Up Inc. was able to accommodate these quick time times as well as adjust their schedule in order to accommodate us, which was fantastic! We were looking for a new cleaning company due to a lack of thoroughness by our previous two vendors. Tidy Up is not only thorough, they think of the small details as well.
My impression of Tidy Up is that they know they’re in a competitive market and do everything possible to stand out among their competitors.
The materials on our desks are always put back the way we left them, our tile floor surfaces are properly washed, as opposed to just having a wet mop dragged across the surface. Tops of cabinets are dust free and carpets are well vacuumed. They pass inspection every time and we’ve yet to have an employee complaint about cleanliness.
I highly recommend Danielle and her team at Tidy Up to anyone wanting to improve on the service level and thoroughness of their current vendor.
